C25K week 8, day 1, 2 & 3
Tues: 30 mins elliptical with strength training.
Thurs: same
*I have been "taking off" the Tues/Thursdays and then going to Zumba on Saturdays and off Sundays but I am not going to be that lazy anymore! I am planning to go to Zumba on Tuesdays but not this week because the regular Tues teacher has a sub this week!
Plans for eating:
Following the bandster rules, reviewing all my nutritional materials from my nutritionist, cutting out the junk!
