I am not a runner, never have been. But I like running! If you can call it that. I jog at 4.1 mph. Slow jogger! Old ladies would probably pass me on the street with their walkers. But the point is that I am running! I am exercising!
Today at lunch I tackle 28 minutes of continuous jogging. I am not self conscious at the gym so much anymore! My parts do not jiggle like they used to!
