So Today is Week 8, Day 1 of Couch to 5K

I have been following the podcasts for the C25K program.

I am not a runner, never have been. But I like running! If you can call it that. I jog at 4.1 mph. Slow jogger! Old ladies would probably pass me on the street with their walkers. But the point is that I am running! I am exercising!

Today at lunch I tackle 28 minutes of continuous jogging. I am not self conscious at the gym so much anymore! My parts do not jiggle like they used to!

    28 minutes? Congrats on getting to the tricky parts of the C25K program! I'm so in love with it, too.
